I saw this on a friends journal and I wanted an activity to keep me occupied and not looking at the phone.

1. Sinking into my bed after a long day
2. Me night - Friday nights especially at 10
3. Painting night
4. Anytime I get to spend with my friends and family.
5. Holding Justin and watching him react to people
6. My pjs and a good movie curled up and cozy in my blankets.
7. Having amazing dreams that make you wake up and wonder if waking up is the dream
8. Sitting down with a good book and a cup of my dark chocolate coco
9. A nice long bubble bath with music
10.Driving in my car with the music all the way up singing at the top of my lungs

So I am all cozy and in my pjs and you know what? It feels great....I am going to get the snacks in about 15 minutes and get ready to watch numb3rs....But TGIF!!!

So I was thinking to myself in the car, I dont think I could go another day this week.... Then I thought, If some guy came up to me and was like it is Thursday not Friday and you need to come in tomorrow, what would I do? I mean I dont think my sanity will last that long. It is like in office space that annoying boss that goes "ummm yeah I am going to tell you to umm go ahead and come in on Saturday too" I think I would laugh as hard as I could and then look at him seriously and say "you arent joking?" And then I would just call in sick (of working).

I love Friday nights. Friday nights are "My nights" meaning that after a certian time I am at home and pamper myself (cause every girl needs pamper time). I go home usually and just relax and make dinner and then take a shower and snuggle into my pjs, check my e-mail and curl up into bed and watch Numb3rs and then maybe a movie, dependant on what was going on the next day.

It seems that this week especially, I need one of these. It seems that it has been a crappy week for a majority of people I know. So tonight pamper yourself....It doesnt have to be expensive...For me tonight is a bed and Numb3rs night with a little bit of apple crisp. It can be anything you want as you are relaxing and taking your mind off of everything...Trust me asside from Monday nights it is the best part of my week.

Work is hecktic so I got to get back to it ...

Have you ever had the kind of day where a smack in the face would be better than that current moment?? I am having that kind of DAY!!!! God when will this day end??

I was awoken at 6:30 a.m. with the news, Justin arrived at 3:15 am and Tiff was doing fine ; the baby was having some trouble breathing and was taken to the NICU and then would be returned. So I got up and went to make some calls and then I got ready for my interview.

I went to my interview and it went well then I met Josh for lunch and started back to Woonsocket to change and then to go to the hospital.Will called when I was enroute and gave me an update. Justin was staying in Nicu and was on a ventalator :( When I got there Tiff and I hung out for a while and then Will came and Tiff needed to do some mommy stuff. So Will and I went down and saw Justin. My first look at him my heart just sunk...He was adorable and looked like he was in pain. I just wanted to let him be comfortable. I placed my fingers in his and he grabbed ahold. He had a strong grip for a little one. Then I visited for a bit more and then I went home and crashed....

As of this writing, Justin is doing better and is off the ventilator and on oxigen.

So I had no sooner finished my last post and got ready to go than my night changed drastically. Tiff shut the door to the office and said "I think my water broke". I turned around and was thinking and asked about going to the hospital and she kept saying that she was not sure cause what if it wasnt and silly stuff like that and then she said I dont want to ruin your evening and I sat there at the redlight and looked at her. "you wont ruin my night" I said."Well if we go and it is nothing then we will still go and game" she replied. Then she kept going on about not knowing if she wanted to go. So I told her that we have a while before we have to turn off of 95 so you can make your decision then. So she decided to go to Memorial, just to get checked out. I dropped her at the front door and then parked the car. I rushed in to go and sit with her while she waited and she was gone! A rather fine vanishing job....So I started asking the admiting nurses where she was and no one knew...except for the security guard. who told me to go in the back and she is in triage 3 that helps me out a lot....Never been to this hospital and I am already lost.But a nice nurse lead me in to meet her but she was getting all hooked up to monitors and stuff so I stood outside and paced. Finally they let me in and I sat with her for a bit. Our friend Tom called and I filled him in on the goings on, but mostly stayed with her.

NOTE: It is important to mention that Memorial nurses had been on strike and were returning in the morning at 7am so the labor and delivery unit was not open.

So Robin her nurse came in and told us about the plan if she was in labor. She would be transfered to Women and Infants in Providence. It was at that point that I made my first call to Will . "They dont know for sure yet but as soon as I hear anything I will let you know." Will was on his way out to something and told Tiff if she wanted he would come and take her but then she figured with me taking her, we could wait until we knew more. But Will had already turned around and was en route (not reaching her 10 times made him realise where she was or was headed). I went inside and a few minutes later we were told that the water had indeed broken and the little one was on the way. I ran outside and made the important phone calls and discussed what was going on with Will who said he was comming to Memorial but was going to GPS the other hospital and get there that way. Tiffany started joking around about me calling in sick for my interview. "Use me as your excuse" she was telling me "Just nail the interview"

So plans were set in motion to send Tiff to the new hospital (she was excited about the ambulence ride) and the EMT's arrived and loaded her up. She had not showed any signs of pain, just discomfort. She was smiling and joking and as they were going to wheel her out I went out to my car and Will pulled in and we went back in to say good bye and then I decided to follow Will.

GPS didnt exactly work right and we ended up at Women and Infants Cancer center. So then we tried to find it and lost eachother so we each made it to the hospital in their own time. I thought Will had made it there before me, but when I went in it was just Tiff and a bunch of nurses. Once Will came in we found out she was already 5cm dialated. So we sat and we made fun of Rockstar Supernova and then CSI NY and then her parents arrived. Kinda just waited. Then finally they went to take her to labor and delivery and Will and her mom went with her and she told me to ace my interview and they wheeled her upstairs. I sat downstairs for a while and nodded out while watching CNN. Just wanting to know he was here. Will came down at about 1:15 and told me that she was now 9 cm dialated and as soon as I heard that I told him I was going to head home and feed the cats and catch some sleep before my interview.

So I went home and got home about 2:15 and noticed that the sidewalks were filled with trashcans. A lot of four letter words came out of my mouth and then I resigned myself to the fact that, since the trashmen like to come to the house early I would have to put them out when I got home. So I got home, fed the cats took out the garbage and made myself Spagetti O's for for dinner (yeah hadnt eaten anything for 12 hours...but I really didnt care. Tiff is more important than food. As I drifted off to sleep about 3:15...Little Justin was born.

So today at work it is official...I have lost my mind. I dont know where it went, but it probibly went to hide with what is left of my sanity.

But tonight I am RPing at my friends' house and that is gonna be a blast. (cue dynamite sounds here) I play a forsaken elf who has arcane powers and is able to kick ass rather efficiantly with her bow and sword, and has the greatest companions ever.

I have been in a serenity mood for a few days.And work is making me very angry. And Mr. Universe cracks me up. That and my other favorite bit O' witty dialogue:

Dr. Simon Tam: In all that time on the ship... I've always regretted... not being with you.
Kaylee Frye: With me? You mean to say... as in sex?
Dr. Simon Tam: I mean to say.
Kaylee Frye: To Hell with this. I'm gonna live!

Love it!!! Maybe I will watch the movie tomorrow when I get home. Ok will watch the movie tomorrow when I get home...

I know Randomness right? If I need to remind you I have lost my mind.

So Last night I went to the foodstore with Tiff and went home and made stirfry for dinner. It was delicious. I did my dishes and went upstairs and went to watch some tv cause I wanted something to watch. TV sucked so I took my shower and then surfed the web while ironing and watching episodes of Without a trace and numb3rs that I had on DVD. And Pre ordered my second season of Numb3rs on Amazon cause it saves me having to go to best buy and I appreciate that. Then I grabbed some photos and cropped while still watching Numb3rs. Really exciting right? Whatever, it was nice to stay at home for a night, My vacation wore me out.

I am ready for a nap now.

Gotta get back to work......I will write again later

I am back to work *groan* This sucks... and it doesnt help matters that I want to crawl back into bed... But oh well, we do as we must right? and I guess that means 130 e-mails and a stack of things to do....Coming back from vacation payback I guess.
